Title : Exited On Long Waited Trade
I finally longed to exit the long waited trade (12 days; the longest holding for this year) at 2843 with 60 points again. My initial target as you would know was 100 points but CPO price seemed reluctant to go down further and it has been holding very well with few attempt failing to continue the downwards. More over, Bean oil future is bullish. I may be wrong in taking profit too early, but sometimes, confirming the profit is the best thing to do particularly on the long over due trend.
The Profit : RM1500 (60 points x RM 25 x 1 contract = RM 1500)
My balance is now RM19850.

Tittle : Ops - Reversed To Short At The Lowest
I placed earlier the sell order together with the previous trade (stop loss) and I was filled at 2905 which turned out to be the low of the day. I have nothing to say. I just have to stay with it. Anyway, the price is now below moving averages.
just one question here, you placed your order short 2905 and few days later, it reversed up to 2950, what is your feeling when deal with it ? How can you so confident you didn't cut lose?

ReplyDeleteYes, it was hard actually as you know when you see the price went against my position. But I trade based on technical analysis. The price was still below the moving averages so I have to hold on to it even feeling lousy.
