I shorted FCPO Nov 2011 Future Contract For 2 contracts. It is a break down couple with Europe weak market.

Cut Loss At The Open
I longed to close at 3031 on opening bell with a loss of 38 points for each contact. The price opened with a gap up and also 3000 is for sure a support. Loss is major part of trading, what to do.

The Loss: RM1900 (38points x RM25 x 2contracts = RM1900)

The balance of my account is RM22,525 after the loss of RM1900
