Long FKLI at 1265

I placed a buy stop at 1264 but I was filled with higher price at 1265 (2 Contracts). It is a break up of the recent high of 1260.50.
Date: 17 Dec 2009 STOP OUT AT 1256
My stop loss was placed at 1258 but I was stopped out at 1256 (the lowest price of the day) making me lost 10 points (RM 1,000) including commission.
The balance of my account now is RM 30,525 after the loss of RM 1,000.
